Dejean was a guest in my support group for women and he did an amazing job at creating a platform of trust and being incredibly authentic. The more I hear Dejean's personal story, the more impressed I am by him, to continue to advocate for healing and raise awareness for personal recovery and consciousness. He’s loving, and I know he is living his purpose for the greater good of all.

Dejean was a guest on the Vibe95 Podcast, which focuses on empowering people of all walks of life. Dejean shared his story which was very uplifting and inspiring. I was his classmate and I never knew he was going through all the things he discussed. Many young men would benefit from his story on how he defeated the odds. He is definitely living his purpose, changing one life at a time.

I have to give a huge shout out to Dejean Talks, I really enjoyed reading his book “Poetic Journey”. The poems are so real life and I was able to relate to most. It’s a book that I could read over and over again. It reminded me of a book that I read whenI was younger called “The Ways Of White Folks: Stories “by Langston Hughes”, which is one of my favorite American Poets. I would highly recommend my family and friends to get a copy because I’m not sharing mine. Thanks again Mr. Talks. Now onto the next book.
